Delete Your Viqtory Stats Account

How to Request Deletion
Email support@viqtorystats.io from the email address tied to your Viqtory Stats account with the subject "Delete My Viqtory Stats Account".
If you cannot email from the account address, include the account email, username, and any details needed for us to verify that you own the account.
What We Delete
After we verify your request, we will delete or de-identify your Viqtory Stats account and associated personal account data, including profile information, saved preferences, saved app activity tied to your account, saved rankings, dashboards, follows, comments, and account identifiers where deletion is technically and legally available.
What May Be Kept
We may retain information when needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, payment, subscription, backup, or compliance purposes. We may also retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you.
Some subscription, payment, refund, and receipt records may be controlled by app stores, RevenueCat, payment processors, or other billing providers. You may need to manage cancellation or billing history through the platform where you purchased.
Timing
We will review deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. Most verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days unless additional time is required by law, security review, billing records, backups, or technical limitations.
